                        The boat anchors are not suitable for long term mooring but can be put down if the boats are being observed or in 
                     the event of engine failure.  More rope is better at least 3 times depth of water.  Don't drop the 
                     rope in a clump else the rope will foul the anchor but ensure the boat is moving astern to lay the line out.
