Instructions

Inspect Instructions

Verify that the first aid kit contains a First Aid Manual. The kit should also contain some method of taking a record for instance Assessment Form, DDRC accident manual and a Pencil.

Inspect equipment

Guidance on the contents of the first aid kits can be found at CDA Guidelines or DDRC accident manual. Check that all sterile items are within their expiry date.

Record

Verify that a UBUC Label is attached and log completion of the inspection, the items operational status and any conditional comments.
