Boat tools

Check the these tools are present pliers, 10mm Hex Socket, 13mm Hex Socket, 10mm Ring Spanner, 13mm Ring Spanner, Spinner Handle, Air Gun, In-line spark test, Spark gap guage, Tee Bar, 6mm slot screwdriver, Phlp No2 screwdriver, Knife CDA Guidelines, 14mm Spark Plg Wrench, bit holder 6mm, Small peen Hammer, multimeter, 10mm slot screwd, Gear oil pump, Engine Comp Guage, Engine muffs, Marine Grease Gun, Spark Jump Tester, Tacheometer, Torque Wrench, Sand paper.
The tool box should also contain a Small adjustable - <warning type="damage">This adjustable is only intended for use on the prop nut and dive gear. For all other engine nuts and bolts use the 10mm and 13mm spanners and sockets</warning>.

Boat Engine Parts

Check the boat box contains the following parts Fuel Filter, Boat Spark PlugsX 2, Starter rope, Prop split pin, Dead mans handle, Spark plug cap, Oil vent gasket, Spring Pin, Water pump kit, Clamp Pad, Carb Service Kit, Thermostat Gasket, Fuel Pump Gasket

Boat hull parts

Check the tool kit contains Delrin Valve Core, Delrin Valve cap

Fuel System parts

Check the tool kit contains FuelLine Tank connect, jubilee clip

Check associated tools

Although not part of the tool kit we store a Fuel hose and Boat Inflate Hose in the same dry bag as the tool kit. These should be inspected for functionality. Because the Boat Inflate Hose is an A-Clamp fitting the tool box should also contain A-Clamp DIN Insert, Insert Allen Keyto allow the boat to be inflated from a DIN cylinder.
