We travelled to Chesil beach Saturday afternoon and completed two shore dives with the objectives of finding sea life and completing an OD’s training. During the first dive OD 003 was practiced and afterwards we went for a short exploration of the rocky, reef areas during which we spotted many a fish and crab. After a shore break the second dive was dedicated to OD 004 and reef exploration. The OD trainee lead this dive and a depth of 14.4 meters was achieved. On the inbound travel back to shore SMB deployment was successfully practiced by a SD. Overall the trip ended successfully with many marine critters spotted and photographed and the OD trainee completing their qualification.
