Five dived at Brixham on 15/10/22, where there was a good 4m visibility and the sea was calm. In the morning we dived the Shoalstone site on high tide. We explored the gently sloping reef and saw plenty of fish species, a small conger eel, sponges, velvet swimming crabs, and a common octopus! The current on the falling tide was getting quite strong, so for second dive of the day we headed to the Breakwater site. Another nice dive with spider crabs, scallops, lobster, and the usual reef fish.

Our first time diving in Brixham, we will hopefully be back soon as it’s a great shore dive.
