Swanage is a small town in south-east Dorset. You can park on the pier (easier for diving) but it is cheaper to park on the car park up the hill. The shop on the pier also has a small museum containing some artefacts from nearby shipwrecks including the Kyarra. The pier can be a nice shore dive and is very shallow at about 6m, but very pretty and home to lots of life, including blue anenome shrimp only found under the pier.
